​Donations/Funding & Your Support

We are a 501c3 publicly supported charity. That means we depend on donations by individuals and companies as well as monies from events, sponsors, grants, etc. to fund our mission of making ballooning accessible to all.  We use donations and money earned at festivals to subsidize the costs for our visits to special needs children’s summer camps and other worthwhile events.

​Please consider Reach for the Stars Hot Air Balloon Foundation in your charitable giving.  Every dollar helps us to provide more services and bring smiles to more people, many of whom never dreamed they would have the opportunity to experience a hot air balloon.  Do you work for a company that matches employee donations?  Please make sure to ask your employer for their support to help your donation make an even greater impact.

We welcome corporate donations and sponsorship as well.  Please contact us to see how we can work together. We can have a banner made to fit our traditional balloon or our special shape balloon.

Donations can be made online by following the link on our site or you may mail a donation to Reach for the Stars c/o PO Box 892499 Temecula, CA 92589.  All donations are tax-deductible per IRS rules.

We can also use your help, your talents and your contacts.  If you are interested in helping as a balloon crew member when we are in your area, please send us an email.  Likewise, if you have marketing skills, grant writing abilities, etc. and are willing to help, we would love to hear from you!    Do you have a connection with an individual, company or organization who could help further our mission?  We would love to meet them!  Do you have a contact who would help us get media exposure?  We welcome that too.
